Hi
I bought a pair of boots off Ebay but there are a size 6.5 not a 6 as stated.
I emailed her and she said she put them as as a 6.5 because they fit small!!
I'm unhappy with this because they are too big for me. She said I can return them but she won't pay the return costs. I think she's in the wrong, but she won't budge.
Whp's right here?

Seller is wrong, but unfortunately stuff like this happens on Ebay. I bought Next coat once size 6 stated in the description, it was an 8 when arrived, and sellers excuse was "she's an 8 and it's too small for her!" I didn't ask for measurements before bidding as all Next size 6 fits me. In my case I just resold it.
As I know if you start paypal "not as described" process they won't refund return P&P costs either.0 -
Unfortunately the seller doesn't have to pay your return costs.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

not if the item is significantly not as described IIRC
listing th wrong size is so IMO
i would start an item not as described dispute.
TBH the seller would have been better putting size 6 and that they are a small 60 -
I agree that any decent seller would pay the costs but I still didn't think that they made the seller pay the return costs.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

She's already left me positive feedback so I am tempted to neg her.
It's really not up to her to decide how big my feet are, it's up to me, so I think she should as previously mentioned stated they were a small six.Third time lucky on WW I hope :j
