How to target Overseas Workers

Hi There.
Can someone help me out. I have a product which is aimed at overseas workers in the UK.

Any ideas what the best way is to attract them to this particular product. I have a website up and running but i think i need to be perhaps be a bit more direct.

Any cheap methods around to target this particular group of individuals.

overseas workers? are they people who go overseas to work like on a cruise ship?

not quite...i was thinking more of people coming into the Uk to work "legally"

what i am lead to believe its the job agencies have a lot of the foreign workers on their books, but to be honest i thought going by what you hear in the news etc... they sent their surplus money home..etc, so maybe you will not reach them via a website...

if your product is aimed at foreign workers why dont you go direct to the workplace or the job agencies with your product...as i presume you are a business
