Npower Gas Guzzlers

As the 4572/year (or npower year) is to cover their fixed costs I supppose they feel a need to do it.
I think this way is a tad complicated though.
Not sure if others will follow this exact route.
I know that British Gas now have a lower threshold (around 2700 I think), but charge more for each kWh (I assume they aimed for it to be simliar to before, but it happened with the price rise so...), so this is another way of getting (more of) that money, but simpler to understand.0 -
I notice that I have been charged at the higher rate for 4442 kwh over a five month period. Can anyone explain this?0

I have now been looking at the information on this thread and have checked my bill.
If I read correctly, for August and September, I should have been charged 91.7 units at the higher rate.
I now see that, for this period, I have been charged 774.
For October, I should have been charged 271.25 at the higher rate.
I now see that for 33 days I was charged 440.
For November & December, I make it 1763, which is about right.
Do I have a cause for complaint?
