Quite a good Boots day - only really went to try and get another black MF GWP box past the saturday staff - and on second attempt managed it:D

Clearance shelf had loads of Brommley smellies. Were £8 I think, then reduced to £4, now down to £2.
But very pleasant surprise when a discount kicked in and price to pay was £1.33 :D:D:D
I presume there is some 1/3rd off offer on luxury bathing stuff. Anyway, as you would expect, I went back and got loads more to put away for pressies.....and they smell lovely, so must remember to put them in one of my clothes drawers, or top of my wardrobe and then they will make everything smell gorgeous.;)

Lady in front was desperate to get the free mf black gwp, but they were having none of it. It took me a couple of goes at different tills before I managed it.
Noticed dozens behind the main tills - probably taken off customers at checkouts when they have been trying to sneak them thru without buying MF stuff:cool:
Last week were hundreds of them at MF counter just on stands - the stands have now disappeared, and I had to hunt to find them (nose of a blood hound:p )So now I have 2 to give my nieces this year....are there any vouchers inside which need to be used up before May ?

Thanks for all the tips boys and girls.
I noticed the £3 flash on the sandwiches, but I was already struggling with bags of Brommley, and running late !!!!

well, i wasnt going bootsing today, but got up, read the thread and it encouraged me out of the house!
i remembered seeing a snactuary suede weekend bag locally, but at the time hadnt realised how much of a bargain it was! so went to Faversham, got some trevor sorbie stuff reduced to £1 with points, then to Canterbury Whitefriars, nothing in there, then to Canterbury wincheap, nothing there, onto Ashford sevington, bought a no 7 for men multitask wash, £6, used the £3 off mens no 7 (from sandwich) The pink GWP 250 points coupon, and the 100 H&B coupon, so will do the same again monday!

Yes everything went through without the till bleeping once, sa was a young girl, very nice and said, till normally bleeps but I can override it if necesary, didnt need to so I went round 3 times!!! Getting 500 points on £4.42 for Olay hand cream was great I thought.
Oooh ! I wonder if they've amended the tills to accept the expert coupons ?? (as it seems you used expert coupon on something other than the hairloss stuff).:T

Has anyone else had a 'not bleeping' expert coupon ? (That's a technical term btw ;) ).

Does anyone else think that boots should have barcode readers like Tesco dotted around so that we can price check items ourselves?

You need to upload the photo online to somewhere like Photobucket, click on the icon that looks like a mountain on a postcard when you are writing your forum post here then copy paste the Direct Link url into the pop up box and click ok. When you send your post the image should load.

HTH, can't wait to see what you got :j

Well done . They have mysteriously been hidden in my favourite stores too.
The hexagonal ones are the xmas gwp the voucher inside if they haven't taken it out is out of date already 31/01/08 so you might want to take it out if it's a present.
