it does seem to be! last week there was no sign on the wisdom expert at picadilly circus store but I read posts here that it was going through as half price, went today and they've updated it and are now half price

Does the 17 gwp work if you spend over £5? If it does, does the lip glaze count towards the minimum spend even if it's free with the coupon? I know the gwp is working without the minimum spend but just wondered how it works ~ thanks

Good luck, i think the other may scan on baby bath etc but i got so fed up of trying and getting a bleep i gave up as they kept saying its not skincare when i tried on baby bath.:mad: There was a glitch that at the time when it was £3 odd and discounted to half price in store then you got it free like the toothbrush glitch is now but i think the whole range has been reduced in general now. IYSWIM
With Tescoing i have the most beautiful smelling DD1 & 2 you could imagine. I have enough baby toiletries to last till they are 18:rotfl: :rotfl:

so been bootsing 2 days in a row (hmm possibly 3 times this week) and this time managed to get the free toothbrush, moreso the bargain as i've been meaning to get some anyway. thanks to crazyposhgirl for the posts of the 'free' items to use the haircare voucher for! will have a search for these soon. today there were no SA's out on the floor and lots of strange people with little handheld gadgets looking like doing some kind of price check inventory. I had presumed they were boots employees but was told by two of them that they do not work there and slowly i realised there were loads of them all beavering away in there little sections. So what's it all about? I would have asked them but they were very abrupt and I'm just being nosey!

stock checkers maybe with it nearing the end of the tax year.

Similar offers have worked like this in the past but the only way to know for sure is to try it out. The new GWP starts tomorrow so fingers crossed.
Not sure if it is working without the minimum spend or if someone just got lucky as the tills weren't yet programmed to recognise it.

Yes, the lipglaze should count towards the minimum spend, if you put that through the till it should see it as £3.69 then you add more items to bring it over £5 (maybe some of the reduced lipliners for example). The till will allow the GWP to go through as you appear to have met the minimum spend.
Then hand over the free lipglaze voucher right at the end, it should deduct £3.69 from the total bill leaving you very little to pay.

Hi all!

This is the first time I've been able to post since finally having my baby, but in those couple of weeks since he's arrived I've managed quite a few trips to Boots in Worcester and Malvern:j I have been lurking a bit, as I lurve to see what bargains everyone has been getting!

I've picked up 6 lip glazes so far, and found the following colours of lip pencil scanning at 50p: Expresso, Ruby Rose, Hot Plum and Cinnamon Spice. However, Morticia was scanning at £1.28 and In the Buff at £1.99. As for the eyeliners I found the black and mink scanning at 58p.

As for the haircare voucher, I have used 3 on the JF hairspray so each at 49p, but I've also used some on products I usually buy (like Lee Stafford oily roots spray, it's fab). I did try to get the JF 1.99 serum, but I forgot to use the voucher as the SA was inspecting everything closely and getting me in a flap lol!

I've been using the expert vouchers on razors and BOGOF baby wipes (can never have too many of those ) and I've been buying far too much S&G!
I've now managed to get 4 toothbrushes at -1p :j

The No7 Radiant Glow foundation is on offer at my 2 local stores at £6.63 from £13.25.

I also have managed to pick up some good clearance stuff as well, including 2 photoalbums that were reduced to 3.49 and still BOGOF, botanics body lotion £1.10 from £4.40, Naked face masks, No7 mousse bronzer for £4, No7 shimmer gel for £2, No7 highlighter £3 from £13 and this really cute No7 eye palette with a 50s style piccie on it for £2.

I am also pretty excited about seeing the new ACM offers

Oh and just for some added embarrassment, my 2 1/2 year old daughter spent easter sunday telling my family "mummy's favourite shop is boots, she looooooves it!", this is from a little girl who loves going to Tesco and asks to go several times a day lol!
