Disregarding the chaos that's going on around us ;) I can empathise with rubylou to some extent.

I can't speak for ruby, and I know she wouldn't want me to :), but after realising that we, and another poster, were fairly local to each other, we had a bit of a confab by PM. I'd noticed that when we were posting up the few bargains that were to be found locally, the shelves would be cleared before we'd all even had a glance at them.

It occurred to me that there may have been people viewing these threads, without contributing a thing back to the Boots community, and I suggested that if we spotted a bargain, that we'd text or PM each other first. That might be the wrong way, but it seemed the only way at the time.

Inevitably, like after an hour or two ;) we all post our shopping lists up - and I know I particularly love doing so :) because like clare+3 and all us other [strike]nosy[/strike] inquisitive people ;), I love reading others' shopping lists :D and if I can help someone (very rare lol) I will, as will ruby :)

But hopefully you can see why it takes a bit of coersion? Especially today?

Anyway, who hasn't posted their shopping list today? :rotfl:

    BLAH BLAH!!!

I love this thread but all the bickering will get it closed, I love a bargain and the glitches like everyone else, but with this page talking about sending pm's and texts might wind some people up and make more comments. I'm not against it though -I've seen this esculate on a tesco thread.
Please don't shout and knock me for saying that.........

I wish i had a partner in crime, There are no other bootsers my direction I'm sooo jealous!!!

I write down or try to remember other posters bargains etc charge straight into our store. Usually to find no such luck and get a huge grump on that I can't have it at the price they found it at.:rotfl:

Good luck to anyone who finds a bargain. Sorry not much chance of me finding one here;)
That's what I do... ( been to boots twice today once before nettinoo's post and one after she had posted her shopping list!!) however I am beginning to run out of excuses to DH why i have got to nipp out again!! he thinks I've got a fancy man..it's only Mr Boots!:p

I found the £3.75 s&G sets always eluded me !! and to see people getting them even cheaper on here today...the word gutted comes to mind! Oh and the Max Factor GWP's too!

I found about 10 hatboxes whilst out saturday but all 9 quid, no decent clearance, did use 10 x haircare vouchers on jf serum and gained 7 toothbrushes. I smelt that s n g body butter stuff, the blueberry one and it was lovely but didn't want to spend out that much cash so settled on getting 5 s n g items at 5 pounds, i think the soap is foul though and if anything it made my cellulite look worse as all the little black bits stuck in my cellulite making me look like my 2 year old had scribbled over me lol
