Had a pretty good shop at Boots today, though forgot to use the coupon on my toothbrush <grr>. I'm not even crazy about these toothbrushes, I just wanted it 'cause it was free. Ah well.
I did buy S&G heel stuff (thanks to hotpot for vouchers) -- got 400 points off, and used a 50p off coupon I "borrowed" out of the body butter sitting nearby. Also got 50 points on my total spend, and used a hair coupon on JF curl corrector.
FYI, the "soft black" No 17 rang up for 58p!
What's more, I looked at the Trevor Sorbie shampoo, and ALL of it says "professional"! I may call CS tomorrow and complain about the woman who wouldn't let me use the PC coupon because she said it was the wrong kind. Has anyone else been able to use the PC coupon on *any* TS professional shampoo (meaning something other than the exact one in the picture)?
I stopped by Woolworths to get the Nestle "activity" and "pamper" gift certificate eggs for £2.50 each, and got a Marie Claire for £1 using the voucher coupon that is posted on MSE.0 -

What would be the cheapest to get?
No7 Protect & Perfect Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Screen £5.75
No7 Protect & Perfect Pre-Holiday Body Treatment 200ml £9.000 -
Does this mean that the Wisdom Toothbrushes might not be half price in store any more? - If so we need to use our vouchers before then to get them free! Although the Nivea 400points seems to have been on for ages,
!
I've been Bootsing today and had my first go at the toothbrush glitch. I'd had several mags for the 100points on men's No 7 but had thrown them away before I realised that the coupon for this glitch existed so I had to start from scratch today. The toothbrushes were still going through at half price but marked full price on SEL ( I think this might have been the case all along?). Trouble is, it's very very addictive, being paid real money (yeah, I know it's only 1p, but.....:rotfl:)to take away a shiny new toothbrush - how do you stop - it's so tempting to just go round and round, toothbrush and mag each time - surprising I'm not still in Boots now, really, LOL!!0 -

No7 Protect & Perfect Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Screen £5.75
No7 Protect & Perfect Pre-Holiday Body Treatment 200ml £9.00
thanks so much will give it a try in dreaded peterborough store shortly !0 -
Hi
just discovered this forum - i am already addicted to it and been checking it every minute!
i used to work at boots as a SA last year.
anyways, i really like the new gucci perfume (gucci by gucci). on boots.com they are currently offering 1500 points with this. i also use clinique so hoping to get 2 clinique products so i can get get 750 points. also the website is offering 600 points if you spend more than £60.
when i add all the above to my shopping basket it comes to £75.00.
then i use the £10 off voucher (SJMA36) the total comes down to £65.00
so i buy the new gucci perfume, tweo clinique products all for £65.00 and i get 3150 advantage points!!
do you think its worth it????0 -

all scanning at 58 p each that is all the colours that were left !! probably more in the drawer underneath but had to help myself in the drawers to the lip glaze as they are still not on display. Shop was sooo busy checked out the liquid eye pen too but that was not reduced. Wished it was empty as I would have price checked more items but i was limited for time too!
Did you get the rest of the toothbrushes as there were a few this morning ( I only got 1 today) and now none left !!

thorntons eggs £1.24 or the large ones for £2.49
doctor who mug and egg 99p

Sorry to be a bore but i cant stand people who 'borow' coupons from products and then dont buy them as iv had this done to me before after spending a fortune on S&G thinking i had vouchers to get money off next time!!! Another bugbear is when folk stick their fingers in the cosmetic products such as creams and lipgloss / glaze
