    Good morning, everyone - :easter:

I've got a bit of a problem and I wondered whether anyone could advise me on the best way forward, please:

I treated myself to some P&P serum. I know I like it cos I got the Mother's Day round gift box (in the end - do you remember that fiasco?! LOL! Thanks to everyone on here who helped!) so I threw away the box as soon as I got it home and just put the container by the sink to use. When I came to use it I realised it wasn't a tube like I'd had before, but a squeezy plastic bottle. It's the same bottle as the 30ml trial sizes that you get in GWP come in and has a very wide neck, no nozzle or anything. So you just have to invert the bottle and squeeze to get the product out. Trouble is, this means you get a great big "gloop" out every time, and at £17 a pop I don't want to use that much thank you very much! I'm trying really hard to just squeeze a little but out, but it's nearly impossible. After using it for 4 days like this, I was exasperated, so I took it back to Boots hoping to exchange it for the new style, fine nozzled squeezy tube. The manager I spoke to was most unhelpful and having none of it. I think they realised that the squeezy bottle was bad packaging and that's why they've changed the design. She said they can't exchange as the product isn't faulty in that it does come out and I can use it.

Any ideas what to do now - give up or maybe contact CS?

Anyone else had the squeezy bottle and disliked it?
    :EasterBun
    TIA
Doh! Haven't checked my the full size P&P in gifts yet........

I've missed my Bootsing today- doesn't seem right having a free day and no retail therapy!

You spent far too much !!!;)

Went to the small Boots in Bromborough yesterday ( to see if I could get one of those £2.50 berry holdalls ~ no luck!!) anyway they had quite a bit of stuff reduced, I spoke to SA and they are having a refit so reducing the items that they aren't going to stock after the refit and she thinks possibly over the next week or so further items reduced.
    Some things i spotted
All shockwaves reduced to less than £1 and on BOGOFF
Pantene hair mousses 75p ( can getthem free with shampoo though!)
    Various hairbrushes reduced by 75%
Good one for you nettinoo they had 3 different expert products reduced 2 of them 80p ish I know you use the 100pts coupon so may be worth a visit for you 9no mags in this store though yesterday)
Also still had loads of Sanctuary Spa Essentials Bath Relaxer 250ml for £1.19 but don't stock GWP !
Most of the reduced stuff is not in the reduced section but on the normal shelves with clearance sticker on SEL
'Big' boots in Bromborough clearance section had a few more items but the same old stuff really got a couple more toothbrushes (free of course!) and a couple of naked items reduced. Had a good scour of the normal shelves to see for any clearance SEL's but couldn't find anything with any stock left. But they do have mags !
Sam did you go th Cheshire Oaks saturday? did you get anything??

Hi Deborah! Its your mentor here!!! Silly old me and the toothbrushes!

Happy Easter, thanks for the bunny!

Was in Boots twice yesterday and didnt get much! I got "the" toothbrushes and the expert soap bar and expert shave gel. Tried the soap and its really nice!. I will try the shave gel later and if its good will stock up! Also got the 2 tan powders and a 17 lipgloss for £1 but didnt try it in second Boots as it is in new packaging!!
The security guard in St Enochs was following me, how embarrassing, I stared at him at one point and he looked away.

Will take my toothbrushes back tomorrow(I am working) lunchtime.
I need to use up about 6 £2 hair coupons as well.

Dont know about the points combo but the foundation is from about £6. There is a new mineral one but I tried it in the store and its too light (coverage wise) for me. I love max factor foundation.

Funny you should say that as i went in with my mum the other week and as we do we were playing with the make up (have done from a young age, once decorated my mums bedroom with her v.expensive special occasion make-up!!! oops!!!) and we had a weee go at the new mineral make-up and were horrified to find that the palest shade of foundation had made my mums hand orange!!! We both have that really peely wally skin that even ivory looks orange on but even natural made us look as we had been tangoed!!!! Ho hum!!!

Not been bootsing for a while. Thought I'd give it a rest as I was spending a fortune every week just so I could get points on my card. Gave my DS a Robin Hood castle I had bought in the .com sale for £10.00 for easter - he gets way to many eggs. He's so thrilled with it. He's not stopped playing with it all day. We went to see Lazy Town at the Theatre today - is fav show and half way through he asked when were we going home as he wanted to play with his Castle. Big thanks to all you ladies (and gents) for recommending the .com sale!!!

I like to try out with the testers and you will see me putting blobs of lip gloss on my wrist then trying on put on my lips by straining at a mirror! I have had my make up put on a couple of times but cant say I was that impressed.
The one thing I need to try at least a couple of times before I buy it is perfume (and on my actual skin not a bit of card). I have a large collection of different ones. My favs are oldies like opium and poison.
