CS will cancel that lost one and send you another one out (with all your points on!) but they do take 2-3 weeks, so remember to get your receipts validated

Freebird sheepishly creeps back onto the thread and holds up her hand to admit.....that her blimmin card was round her Mum's!!! Just rang her freaking out and she said "Oh it's here....I hadn't got round to returning it from the last time I used it".
