Hi used 'Capital One Mastercard over Xmas getting the 3% for first 3 mths, is there any way of getting the cash back without having to wait until January?

Only if you want to lose the cashback.
Why not just leave it open?
You get 1% cashback from now on and you can also sign up for an Experian service that gives you 2 free credit reports and free alerts service.
Even if you don't want to use the card, you can still get the outstanding cashback next Jan and just use the free Experian service.0 -
