Rant Rant Rant - Bad Buyers!!!!

Sorry, everyone, just gotta get this off my chest
Had a buyer who bought an item from me recently, who paid by echeque. I sent her a nice personal email, thanking her for her payment and explaining that I would post the item out to her as soon as the echeque cleared. Then received back a very abrupt and rude email saying 'you know you're getting your money, can't you post it today, my daughter's waiting for it'. So I forwarded a copy of the email from Paypal pointing out (again really politely) the bit that warns sellers not to post items before the echeque clears. Didn't hear anything back from her in response. About four days later, I made contact again, saying 'just wanted to keep in touch, let you know that the echeque still hasn't cleared, is due to do so on (date), and of course I'll post your item as soon as it's cleared'. Again no response. Couple of days later, during the afternoon, I had the confirmation email that the echeque had cleared, so I made a special journey to the PO to post the item to her that same afternoon, and emailed her to let her know that it was on it's way. Didn't hear anything back from her.
Yesterday evening, received a neutral fb, saying 'thanks'. What a b***h.
Have to admit, I have negged her (with the comment 'Really rude buyer, left neutral as I wouldn't post item b4 echeque cleared'), as I was so livid (and let's face it, with the new fb rules coming, it'll prob be my last chance to do so!).
Just makes me dread the whole feedback changes even more.
OK, rant over!

My only comment would be for low value items I find it easier just to post it out. Saves on hassle and hanging around to close a deal.
For higher value you were quite right. Get those negs in now...time is running out...;)0 -
This is a classic example as to why the neg feedback should be left as it is. At least you can leave negative remarks in the positive box, well you can for a while.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

and maybe this is exactly why they are changing the rules, a neg in return for a neutral seems a bit OTT.0 -

Oh not at all! The sellers experience was a negative one, hence negative feedback! IMO They haven't negged in retalliation but to warn others of a RUDE buyer.Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!
