Can anyone advise where I can get an insurance to cover my arms and hands? These are 'my tools' and without them I am unable to work!

If this was on the Small Biz & Charity Organiser's Board, I'd answer it by saying "always worth contacting an insurance broker for unusual cover requirements." So I'm not sure if it should be there or on the Insurance Board. But let's try Insurance ...

Afterthought: do you already have any insurance relating to your business? If you do you could speak to your existing insurer. However it might 'just' be sickness and critical injury cover you need, in which case the Insurance board is definitely the place to ask.
