index catalogue store - faulty goods

Has the policy changed ?? , I ask because there is a big poster in our local index store window, saying that index is now closed and you can shop at Argos instead, but on the bottom it specifically states that Argos will not handle index returned goods.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0

depends on the item and the nature of the problem, but ma lot of items come with a manufacturers waranty of (at least) a year provided you keep your receipt.know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
If you have any problems with any index item, please go into your nearest Littlewods store and ask for an Index return card. The card will have a number and they will deal with all your enquires. (Posted by hilstep's daughter)I Believe in saving money!!!:T
