Van Road Tax Cut...Euro 4 vehicles down £60 so don't overpay!

Just noticed something on the DVLA website. Euro 4 compliant vehicles have had their road tax cut from £180 to £120. If you have tax discs running out at the end of March it might be worth checking you pay the new price. If you have reminder letters, it will show £180 probably, and I don't know if you can get a refund if you overpay.
I hope this saves someone a few quid. Hopefully I haven't got the wrong end of the stick...
As far as I know, most of the common makes of vans registered since March 2003 will be euro 4 or 5 compliant.
You can find details of the new prices here:http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/OwningAVehicle/HowToTaxYourVehicle/DG_10012524

I went to Peugeot dealer to look at Bipper Tepee 1.4HDi as I need to carry my 4' long mobility scooter and only want a small vehicle. They only had the van, my scooter would fit in fine, with osteoarthritis higher seating was a help, I asked about tax as Tepee only £35 a year but he checked and van was £110 for 6 months, it means I have to but Tepee and dump rear seats as I don't think they fold flat to floor. I heard vans can also be dearer to insure but not sure. I am disabled so do under 1,500 miles a year just to get from rural area to shops as can't manage to walk to bus stop, if I could I could not carry shopping up hill while walking with 2 sticks. I believe van tax should be same as car version.0
