My daughter cam home from school with a leaflet, which states stay over at the alton towers hotel for £72 per family including breakfast. It is valid unitl 30th June 2008. Excludes saturday nights and easter break. Just call them on 0871 222 9937 and quote 'Mutiny Bay'.

Hiya, I want to take my family to Alton towers for the first time, I've just been on the Travelodge to price up a family room for Sunday 30th March, so we can have an early start for Monday at the theme park, I can get a family room for £29, but noticed this link that showed a family room at Alton towers hotel with breakfast for £72.
Are there any other benefits apart from breakfast and a nicer room staying at Alton Towers hotel?

I would look this up on their website, but I'm having trouble with the site, will try later. Besides it's always nicer getting recommendations from someone who has stayed there.

By the way my girls are 5 & 7 years, hopefully they are a good age to enjoy Alton Towers.

I managed to get a family room at travel lodge for three nights for 57 quid for alton towers weekend over easter. I couldnt find anywhere cheaper. At the end of the day...you only sleep there. we are going to make our own breakfast, and are using tesco deals tokens for meals out in the evenings. so pretty much a weekend care of tesco and on a shoestring. It neednt be expensive ay??

You dont need to call this premium rate number!!

Just check out www.saynoto0870.com and you can find a landline.

These 0870 can cost 10p per minute and can really hike up someones phonebill.

Gutted it doesnt include Saturdays!! Usual prices are 217 per night (sorry the pound sign doesnt work on my keyboard.)

Just to let you know that there are hundreds of tickets for Alton Towers for sale at eBay. There are tickets that people have claimed free through Sun paper, they have fixed dates to visit the theme park on a particular day.

This way it's possible to pick up cheap Alton towers tickets then book a travelodge or the £72 Alton Towers hotel deal.
