Building/Contents Insurance

Hi,

I am considering letting out my apartment and I am trying to get quotes for Landlords insurance. My concern is that I will take out the correct type of insurance that will cover not only damage to the property by the tenant but also things like leaking pipes and water damage caused to the neighbors.

Does anyone know what insurance I should be shopping for as a Landlord?

All landlords insurance should include damage to the property and your liabilities as owner
