The complaints procedure will be in the documentation with the policy.
There are steps that have to be taken e.g. Customer Service, Complaints Dept then external if you are not satisfied with the responses so far.
You cannot go directly external as the company has to be given chance to satisfy you beforehand.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
