What does Unlimited mean?

Whichever way you slice it T mobiles use of the word "Unlimited" is wrong.

It would but it would be "Unlimited *subject to a fair use policy" - Unlimited with a limit of 3000 is a contridiction in terms.

Both have the same effect.

But if you were keeping to the recommended weekly unit count then it probably would last a year, and to offer anything greater would see the company criticised for promoting binge drinking or at least an excessive amount of alcohol.

It says unlimited so surely it hsould unlimited but is it possible for a person to send 3000 texts over a weekend, i know i couldnt,

I was only using that as an example however if the cans were 440ml cans (not uncommon) and you were to drink 1 per day and were male then you would be having less than 14 units of alcohol a week so you would be well below the recommended weekly limit, so you could happily have more than 365 cans.
