Train Tickets
Hello everyone,
Thank you for the great service this forum offers.
Starting next week, I will need to commute daily to London Euston from Milton Keynes Central (MKC) during peak times (need to get to work).
My preferred option would be train as I believe it would be the more reliable choice.
As I only need to get to Camden (1 underground stop from Euston), I think the most cost-effective option would be to purchase a monthly seasonal ticket (w/o underground, approx. £385) with an Oyster card.
As I keep reading/hearing reports about the complexity of the Train Ticket system, I would be grateful if anyone could advise.
Regards,
JMas

The price I'm getting for a monthly season to Euston is £346. Just add £3 a day for PAYG Oyster.0

If you can afford it an annual ticket is cheaper at £3,604, so equivalent to £300.33 per month, saving £548 per year. Some employers will give you an interest free loan for season tickets, so you may want to check with yours.0

dzug and Altarf,
dzug, I apologise for the typo in my first post; £346 per month is what I would need to pay.
Altarf, thanks for the tip.
Thank you both for your help; very much appreciated.

JMas0
