Refund pending, any advice?

I won a item in 20 Feb and paid for this item, but it was not as described significantly, very old but described as new. Then a dispute was opened and refund was asked for. In 3 March, refund was given. However, the status is still Refund Pending now 11 March.
I have contacted the seller and said, It has nothing to do with me, if you have a problem you need to address it with paypal, they are the ones who have taken the money out of my account to pay to you. You do need to allow 5 full working days for funds to clear the money was not transferred until late monday evening. If you have anymore questions I suggest you post them to paypal.
I have also contacted paypal and said, There were insufficient funds in your seller's PayPal account to cover the payment. The refund is now being funded with an electronic funds transfer from the seller's bank account. If the electronic funds transfer is denied by the bank, PayPal will re-try the transfer in an attempt to complete the option to refund the sender of the payment. In this case, the funds can be delayed. For more information on when the refund will clear, please contactthe sender of the refund.
I thinks it's complete waste of time and effort. I realy want to give a fegtive feedback to such a seller.
What should I do then? Any advice?
