It might be to do with their suppliers and prices as well

Every cat launch there are always problems with RO price cuts, not all stores have stock of everything that is ro so you get a lot of inconsistancies, usually once the new cat comes out most stores delete ro lines if they dont have them in stock when this happens is not possible to check local stores, you get the messages ' No such item' or 'Stock no longer available'

they have lists. but not R.O. lists as such that they can hand out to the public. some do inevitably get out but they are not meant to

we know that, last october some managers allowed the public to view the lists(but very rarely take them out of the store)other managers refused point blank

these lists had 75% off most items so werent intended for the public but for staff use.

the lists about now are just bargains from the last catalogue with less off at the moment than last time but it may change when stocks still dont get sold.

No. these lists are stock counts of R.o lines. they dont specifically contain stuff with 75% off. they are just the r.o. lines which head office reduce by varying amounts at different times.

The RO clearance stock from the previous catalogue is currently available online here. Anything prior to that, I have a list on my website at https://www.lowesfamily.net (the older lists are linked from the home page) - you may be lucky and find something, but you won't find it online, you will have to either use the ring and reserve service or go in-store to check availability.

I would also say that the list I have is not necessarily exhaustive - just what various people on these boards have found through hard work and perseverance. :D
