79p Vanilla Pod At Aldi

I always keep a vanilla pod in my jar of caster sugar it is great for when I use the sugar for cakes etc.I think the last one I bought was at Macknades Farm Shop in Faversham and it cost about a pound.I reccomedn Macknades if you live anywhere nearby as its a great place for herbs and spices but you will spend money there as its a bit like Harrods food hall and has some fantastic bits that you can't get in a supermarket and their cheese is to die for.I have a sis-in-law who lives in Faversham so I make a point of visiting when I go to see her.Aldi's sound a bargain though, and they do last for ages0
