I could not find much on this company when I originally did a search, so I have decided to put myexperience of them on here to warn others. On the 28th February we bought the wii freeloader from them (it is Datel's own shop). Their website said despatch would be approx. 2 days. Last friday when it still hadn't been shipped I searched a telephone number (they don't reply to their e-mails) and phoned to be told by the call centre that they don't really deal with the codejunkies calls but could confirn the item would be going out that day. This was repeated on Monday and again today. The only direct number to Codejunkies is a tech line and cost £1 per minute. Out of desperation I phoned this number to be put on hold for 2 minutes before I hung up. I then called back the generic number and the receptionist told me thatI should speak to the call centre manager . I was told this person was not available. The situation stands at present that I have no product or idea when it will be sent and no help from the company at all and a very frustrated and unhappy son.:mad: :mad: :mad:

if you paid by CC then i would contact them and state you havent recieved the goods

At present they haven't even taken the payment. Is it possible to cancel the payment before processing do you know?
