I was with BT but(i blame orange broadband) my bill was £550 which i couldnt afford.
I have been cut off from my BT landline making my non-existant broadband from Orange happily off.
Obviosly i have a line which is only 18months old in a new build house but can i now ask a different line provider to possibly activate this line, if not do i have any options at all?
thanks for any advice given. Allen

Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.

If you have been cut off due to non-payment you will need to clear the debt, or make an arrangement with BT to do so, before the line can be reactivated.0

bt are the only ones who can activate a line, maybe trying it in someone elses name could help?0
