Urgent - Paddington to Reading

Hi

I need to leave my house tomorrow morning (Angel) and go to the station at Reading. Is there just one station there? Overland?

DO I get there from Paddington? How long does it take as I need to plan my journey and be there (Reading) at 8.35am!

    Reading has one main-line station, and a number of smaller ones. Plan your journey precisely using the relevant section of https://www.traveline.org.uk

    Fast trains do go from Paddington, but slower ones go from Waterloo: you might find the journey to Waterloo easier than to Paddington.

    It's a big difference timewise between Paddington and Waterloo to Reading. Paddington service is direct, and takes about 30 minutes

    Waterloo stops at every station on the way, and takes over an hour (on a good day).
