^same for me as the OP.

my listed email addresses for paypal and ebay were different, but after reading the T&C i changed them to match.

i was trying to use quidco, but subsequently tried without (in case it contraviened rule 10. "This voucher cannot be combined with any other voucher, site discount, rebate, offer, gift voucher or other promotion.") and still no luck.

..this is delaying my payment for an item, which has lead someone to start an unpaid item dispute.. grr.

I've had a few vouchers recently for a few different ebay accounts - and found that you have to use a different paypal account to cash in each voucher - not sure what the time frame is for being able to use another voucher on the same paypal account.

Also didn't have to link ebay/paypal email addresses I just used other peoples paypal accounts to cash them in (and added a gift address on their paypal accounts).
