Does anyone use the city car club? It looks interesting but Im not too sure if provisional drivers are allowed to use the cars. Anybody know?
Also would be interested to hear from some users on their experiences and whether they recommend it.

Update: I received an email from city car club and unfortunately they don't allow drivers with provisional licence, you must have held a full lience for 12 months._________0
