Over the last few years my partner switched from "power cards" to a fixed monthly bill,then last year scottish power got in touch saying that they had been undercharging for the last few years and that she now owes arrers of £2000 pounds despite paying them around £100 pounds (which seems steep!for the last few years.Paying back £35(on top of the £100!) to sp but struggeling....Is there any action,small claims court or otherwise which she can take
