Egg Money vs Egg Card

Can anyone explain the difference. The Egg Money card is a credit card with a low interest rate and the possibility of earning interest on any positive balance. Why would anyone choose an Egg card with a higher interest rate? Am I missing something?

The Egg Card has 0% interest introductory offers on both purchases and balance transfers whereas the Egg Money account doesn't.
The Egg Money account isn't marketed much either, if it all actually. I can't remember the last time I saw an advert for Egg Money!0 -
Thanks I'm not interested in BT, more a long term low interest rate.0

if you don't get the low rate they give you the 16.9 % rate but you wont know till you've applied for it i was wanting the low rate but after getting accepted i saw the rate on offer was 16.9%0 -
Thanks for the heads up Clio0

Also the credit limits given on egg money tend to be lower than those on the egg card.
