I ve had quotes from them before, but not purchased. the site was (is?) a bit of a dog, but they have a decent panel of insurers and there are good rates on there.
if it's more than 10 stone, and that hairy, it's probably not a dog...it may be a wookie.

I got my latest home insurance with them, very good price too.

All the documents you need are emailed to you, for you to print off at home.

I seem to recall that they phoned me to ask if the quote was any good and I took cover out during that call, so if anyone finds their web site not to their liking, you can do it that way instead...
  • I took out my home insurance with them in January this year, although I havent had to claim yet it seems ok, very good on the phone, they issued me with a key fob which has the name Heath Lambert on it with a freephone number, and has a reward on it, if it is lost, and someone finds it they get £100 if they hand it in, which sounds good, much better cover than any other company I have dealt with, Key Connect is a member of the General Insurance Standards Council (GISC), which I assume means something, great rates, saved a fortune, I hope I never have to claim, but if I do I hope they come up trumps! good luck

Yeh, I got a good quote too, and went with it. Printed docs from the PDF they send.
Seems good value and efficient, no probs with the web site or anything.
