Beware beware this company seem to have no customer service to speak off. Have been unable to contact them for 2 weeks now regarding a problem with my order which was a present for my mum. All attempt at contact has failed, and have currently been sitting on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for it to be answered - still at least I haven't been cut off so far this time!!!

    They seem to go up and down quite rapidly in terms of customer service. I had the distinction of being one of their 300 top customers asked to beta-test their new website. They gave us a forum to discuss queries and problems with the new layout - we covered it in tales of woe about their customer service. They cut the phone support out and relied on enotes (which enabled them to fast-track their bigger customers) which worked wonders for about a week, then the system collapsed under the sheer volume of notes going back and forth.
    They switched the phone back on, hired a load more people, and pulled their service level out of the basement again but it never lasts long since they pay peanuts, and the monkeys are quick to walk out and leave them short staffed again.

    I now order off them for price. If I need something desperately and on-time, I go elsewhere. I can't trust them anymore to meet the guarantees.
