How long do you plan to stay? the fact that you might not be considered as a resident will probably not helped (unless you very rich I guess, and have the cash!)

Are you on a student visa? are you allowed to work with it?

I've been in UK 5 years - so far I found prices are just too ridiculous to buy* - and I don't know if I'll go somewhere else one day...

*incl. prices people are (were ;) ) ready to pay

As a matter of law, yes. You don't have to be a UK national, or have indefininte leave to remain (or any leave to remain) in order to buy a house in the UK.

If you are a cash buyer, or can borrow from home, then there is no problem.

If you are looking for a UK mortgage, I expect that without ILR, companies won't like it. But I'm not a broker.

So long as you have a big fat deposit (at least 10%) and earn enough money (borrow 3x your salary for a mortgage), then there's nothing to stop you buying a house.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
