1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Virgin Trains, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion, who are precluded from entry.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. All entries must be received by 1800 on Friday the 4th April 2008.
4. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by phone within one week of the closing date.
5. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
6. The prize is for one winner and their guest to stay two nights at City Inn, Glasgow (one City Room), is valid for a Friday/Saturday or a Saturday/Sunday stay and is subject to availability. The prize includes two Full Scottish breakfasts both mornings and one meal for two people at City Caf! (3 course lunch or dinner from Market Menu only; plus one bottle of City Cafe wine). Virgin Trains will provide First Class rail tickets to Glasgow, if required. All transfers and additional costs will be at the winners cost – Virgin Trains and City Inn are not liable for these.
7. The prize must be taken by the 30th June 2008.
8. No cash or other prize alternative is available.
9. The prize in non-transferable and must be taken by the winner in person unless agreed otherwise in writing by the promoter.
