There may just be the odd member who has Policies with this Company. Taken over by the Pearl Group earlier this year - I received no information on this!!!
Now located in Peterborough and not Bristol - uses an 0870 number for Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!! Waited upto 12 minutes without reply, eventually found only way to reach them by phone was to ring spot-on 9:00am.
Don't bother with emails they don't respond.
Why all this aggro; well I sent an Investment Policy for surrender back in mid-July, obviously to Bristol as I didn't know better - that lost a week.
Previously last year they turned around such requests in 2 working days.
They now tell me they need 30 working days to do the same task!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I say get out now before it gets worse. My remaining Investment with them will be surrended later today - that means if I'm lucky I'll get the cash around Sept 20.
