can any1 help me

hi there ive paid for a service in newzealand but have had to cancel i have requested a refund and they said they will refund me half which is £250 they said they can either send me a money transfer to my uk bank account or they will post an international bank draft which will cost. My only question is they have asked me to email them my bank details im a bit weary on this but i dont want to lose £250 please any ideas????

    Do you only have one bank account or do you have a dormant one with a tiny balance and no overdraft facility?

    Basically comes down to whether you trust the people or not, I've never had any problem giving companies I deal with my sort code and account number for them to pay me. They don't need anything more than that.
