Wrong flavicons

in Techie Stuff
I seem to have the wrong flavicons attached to the tabs on IE7. eg yahoo had barclays one after I had visited that site. any ideas on how to fix, i just think thats weird!

I did that. yes it partially worked. yahoo mail had barclays flavicon. i went to the main yahoo page and it returned to yahoos one. but the going back to yahoo mail from the mail page, the barclays one returned again0

Hi,
funny I had the same problem at the weekend, for the first time.
Found this:
1) Delete history (from Internet Options)
2) Delete temporary internet files (also in Internet Options)
on this site, (scroll to bottom, and up 5 for post).
So while I was in there I just deleted everything, though you may want to keep passwords, it has worked ok so far.0 -
thanks frugal, i have done that before but it didnt work, still i will have another go. at least the link u provided shows there are others with the same prob.
i will try ur idea as well nimicitor.
oh and they are Favicons, not flavicons as my post title says...ooppps0 -
