we require three adult seats on set days in july and the cheapest we can find is around £170 return using allsorts of flight checkers etc.
Anyone know if we should book now or leave it, I know is a bit of a chicken and egg situation but has anyone any experience of leaving it till last minute?
Thanks
ps any advice on finding cheaper would be greatly received.

Sorry but I don't think anyone can advise you what to do. Just because others may have had good results with finding a cheap fare last minute it doesn't follow that this will be the same for you in your circumstances.
If you have to travel on set days and you can afford it then I would book it.
Maybe you should put the full details of what you have found in 'beat my quote' and see if anyone can find it cheaper for you?0 -

Do you 100% have to go to Tenerife? If no, then leave it til the last minute, somewhere else may be cheaper. If yes, then get it booked! Flights are going up in price, not down for popular places like Tenerife, Turkey, Bulgaria, anywhere people have property. A lot of tour operators are being left with surplus acommodation on their books because so many people are dynamically packaging their own holidays or have their own properties so they are making up the shortfall with an increase in prices on flights and dropping agent's commission levels down to 1% (on the basic fare price) in a lot of cases.
If you've found the flights through a low cost scheduled airline then you must book them ASAP as the prices will continue to rise.0
