Called them up yesterday to increase my limit and advise them I'm going away, they increased my limit and the lady had been to Dubai before and gave a hint on duty-free, i.e. buy it when you land to save you the hassle of getting it when you depart. Very nice lady and very good customer service. She also told me how lovely it is and how nice the weather is too!
2p off is still 2p off!
