Splitting Tiscali bundle

I've currently got a bundle package from Tiscali which covers Broadband (8MB allegedly), phone and phone line rental at £19.99 a month. I am really unhappy with the phone service and the quality of customer support in dealing with simple problems. I've basically had enough and would like to switch this part of the bundle to another provider. (I'm on Anytime Talk II). Can I do this seamlessly through one of the switching websites, or am I going to have to try to talk to someone at Tiscali (which I would rather not do as they seem rather incompetent, and this is at the root of my desire to switch).

Also as I do have a bundle is it really cheaper or can I make a saving through switching ?

Did you not sign a 12 month contract for the whole bundle. If so Tiscali would charge you for breaking it.
