we have just had our bt phone bill and have noticed that we have dialed 118866 by mistake on one occassion and were charged £1.71 for a 8 second connection, it was discribed as a directory , so be careful.

I'm not quite sure how people's fingers not working properly is a con ?
We all know that 118 numbers are very expensive so even that is not really a con is it ?

Known in the USA as fat finger dialling.

Well worth getting yourself an auto dialler to avoid this.
