CCA Request - Amex

I sent a cca request to American Express several months ago for an old debt that goes back many years (over the 6 years ruling). My basis is that if they are chasing then they have my details. I have not received a thing from them at all. in the past their solicitor has been pushing for collection and I have not heard from them either. The problem is they have a CCJ on my property and if they cannot provide this can they enforce this. Does anyone have a template I can send?
