Sat Nav- is this good??

I have been looking for a sat nav system,but was waiting for a bargain to come along.
I was in my local Dixons today and saw an HP1710 &Tomtom navigation package HP IPAQ (I think I wrote this all down right) for £199.97. I didn't buy it as I didn't know if this was good or not. It's not on the website, so I was wondering if it was old/out of date kit.
I had a quick google and it seems like this is cheap...... but is it good???
