No problems. But do not forget what we have said about this method not giving you an accurate yearly figure.
If it is any help I have a 3 bed bungalow and my winter monthly usage is about 80 units (cubic feet meter), but in the summer when we only heat the water and cook with a gas hob the figure drops to about 14 units. This translates over the past year into about 20000 kwh.

I wondered if some kind soul could help me in addition to the help already given
I left us on eon for electric and npower for gas for a while to see where we are at
Readings as of today are
GAS FT METER 161 UNITES
ELECTRIC 16976
Thats since we moved in 1st Feb
Can someone help me as regards changing the gas reading so that i can enetr it into the comparison sites ?
Any advise also wlecome , are we hiogh users etc etc ?!

In 65 days you have used 145 gas units, and in 95 days you used 230 units.
As you say it is an Imperial meter(cubic feet) each gas unit is approx 31kWh.
So in 65 days you used approx 4,500kWh and in 95 days approx 7,100kWh.
I would say that you are about an average user at around 20,000kWh pa.
Same with electricity, 806kWh in 95 days will put you just a little below average at around 3,000kWh pa.0 -
