Depends what you class as cheap as cheap to one person isnt necessarily cheap to another person.
What sort of budget are you looking at per person and where can you fly from?
Are there any kids going and if so what are their ages.

it will be for my mum and three friends

flying from london not sure which airport

and just any good offer they booked a holiday off teletext but there was a few problems with that so they wont book from there again
