Complete New Roof, How Much

Were in the process of improving our new property and plan to replace the whole roof in oreder to create a large dormer style bungalow, just wondering if anyone had any rough ideas of how much it's going to cost us. The length is nearly 18m and the width is 7.5m with low pitch dormers running for approx 14m along each side. We plan to strip the old roof ourselves so the roofer will be starting from the walls up inc new trusses etc. Is there a average sqm price for roofs or nis it different for everyone.
