Got £142.50 from C & G!!!

I'm so chuffed with this as desperately need the cash at the moment!
Saw ML's post re: claiming back mortgage exit fees and decided to call C & G who dealt with my first 2 years mortgage.
They said I did have a valid claim and was owed £100 - with interest this adds up to £142.50!
I urge you all to phone your mortgage companies and check, this was such a good piece of advice and I idolise Martin even more now!!
