  • That's terrible Gambit, it beggars belief what some people (and I use that term loosley here!) will do............where do they get off behaving like this?

There is good advice here already given, I really do hope nothing comes of this.
    Good luck.....

mrsthrifty, just to put your mind at rest I think they had hit an inanimate object such as a tree trunk or something. It came back covered in mud right up to the roof and the wheel arches are thick of it. Where I live yesterday the roads were dry so they had to have taken it off road. The damage is that they have torn the rear bumper off and some of its housing.

Thank you all for your kind comments, they have kept me going today. GROUP HUG!! Why can't everyone be like you guys? Do you think we should set up our own colony somewhere (warm and dry preferably)!!! With unlimited supplies of Vino Collapso!

Yep! an MSE BR colony sounds perfick to me too :D .

Scarlett the rain and wind id doing my head in. It took me twice as long to get up the hill to the Dr's today. The wind was pushing against the double buggy and I was almost standing still trying to move forward. Then picked up the eldest from school and we had the same going back as the wind had changed  . We were frozen by the time we got home.

Now that's just taking the p!ss isn't it? You would have at least have expected to have flown home in half the time with the wind behind you :rotfl:

Hope things start to get a bit better for you. I have been bankrupt since last may. Its awkward but was a big relief. I have two daughters with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and autism, (Mild), but they are now 19 and have both moved back with me with thier babies.! the joys of life. So sorry to hear about the car. The advise already given about getting the ebay info is good advise. There is always good advise on this website, and as you say most people on it are good. By the way I have a big dog to rehome? not sure he would like the little dog though!!!

Oh my God, mooloo, you must have an enormous heart, you brave lady!!

Can you believe he has left negative feedback for me on ebay, I was so proud of my 100% positive, the cheek of it. Funny enough though, 2 guys came round the night before to collect something else I'd sold on ebay. They are both racing drivers and they were desparate to buy the car. They saw the condition of it so I have emailed them to ask if they will be witnesses as to the condition of the car when they saw it 24 hours earlier. Bet they don't want it now!
