Orange users free credit

I have had my Orange phone for 2 years. I text the number on 11th March and won 50 texts. To date I have not had them credited to my account.

YEAH ! I got my credit today and i texted yesterday I won £1 talk credit and called 453 and its on there!! Ive had my orange account for over 10 years as well!!!:money:

Over on another forum, after much discussion about the validity of this promotion, someone who purports to work for Orange has posted a message to say that this is open to ALL pay as you go customers, and that anyone who hadn't received their free texts or credit should email the following with their details.

I tried it last night, and the email bounced back. However, I resent it this morning, and it hasn't yet come back.

Worth a try.

Personally, I don't think Orange are going to endear themselves to their "loyal" customers with this shoddily run promotion.

Thanks for this I still havent received the free 50 txts yet, I had the txt from them saying I had won them 110308.
So I have e`mailed the address above and now await developements.I will let you know what happens.

I havent recieved my win but got my monthly free texts anyway which usually require me to top up a tenner which I didnt do this month lol, so sort of a prize maybe? will wait a little bit if no quid then will email the guys.

done this the other day got text back saying got 50 free texts but i have call abroad sim card it dont work on that . but i have just receveid a strange text not quite sure about it saying freemsg; 1-monthunlimited free calls ! activate smartcall txt call to no 68866 . subscriptn3gbp/wk unlimited calls help 08448714184stop? txt stop landline only dont know whom its from or how thy got my number coz only one person has it coz i just use it to call my other half abroad

Thanks maxtweenie did as you suggested and sent an e`mail last night, and received reply from Gareth saying the 50 free txts had been credited and are ready to use.
So checked balance on phone, and sent OH text , then checked balance again and it had`nt changed so Yep I have got them.
