Orange users free credit

Just had my "we've credited you with £1 credit" text but my balance hasn't gone up - in fact it's gone down more than I expect since last week (I don't use it for calls and get 5 free texts a day!) - hmmmmmmmmmm

Ohhhhhh i see why. WHen you call 453 and it says "your balance is....", it;s not included in that. You have to wait until after that bit and she goes on to say "In your registration offer, your balance is x and will expire on XX/XX"... Sorted. That's a free quick call or 2 if i'm out and about.

i texted to enter a competition and my balance went down (wasn't taken from my free £5 credit) so it looks like not all numbers are included in the offer - must just be standard landlines/mobiles

If you want to check to see if you have been credited you have to call 453 and listen to the balances it gives you, I got awarded a £1 talk credit and I listened to my balance and it told me how much talk time I had left, how many free texts I had left and my orange world bundle balance and then told me my registration of £1 so get calling 453 now from your orange mobile ok

Yeah I got £1 call credit...I usually only text people... hmmm. wonder when it will expire. Hasnt come into my balance yet says the 72 hours thing.

i have had 2 orange accounts for 5 years now and i text ed to orange on both of them I got £5 credit on one and £1 credit on the other thanks MARTIN
