I have been trying for several hours to contact Abbey via email to their complaints department but when I press send the next page appears to say I am off line indicating I assume they have a problem their end receiving, as I am on line. As I am currently in N.Z. I cannot call them. Has any one else experienced this also has anyone an email address for their UK head office. Thank you. :mad:
